A 150-year-old traditional Japanese house restaurant located in the mountains, 15 minutes by car from Gero station, heading east.
The chef, Shigeru Morinaka, goes to the production area to examine the ingredients, cultivates them himself, and prepares local Kaiseki cuisine using various natural blessings he has gathered himself in the mountains and rivers with his own original techniques.

A local cuisine restaurant loved by local residents for over 50 years in the center of Gero hot springs.
In spring, there are dishes using wild plants, in summer, river fish, in autumn, mushrooms, and in winter, wild boar hot pot and Jineijo, and set meals using local ingredients of each season are popular.
